The GUARD token artwork

GUARD

A community character on XPR Network

A meme token and a character, made by a community member. One of the tokens in the KSTO community. Not an official Metallicus or XPR Network token.

Where the line is

GUARD is a meme token. Guard.IAN's reports are priced in XPR and bought on the XPR Agents job board. Holding GUARD or IAN doesn't get you a better report, and it gives you no share of anything.

⚠
It's a meme token. The price is driven entirely by demand and can drop to nothing. Never spend more than you can afford to lose. Check SimpleDEX for live numbers — this page deliberately shows no price.

The lore

GUARD in dark armour, carrying a shield and a Proton Key
Read the full story of GUARD

Before there were castles, kingdoms, or guardians, there was only the forge.

Deep within the expanding ecosystem of Metallicus, where digital identity, ownership, and decentralized finance converged, fragments of forgotten METAL were gathered by the community itself — builders, creators, traders, educators, meme makers, validators, believers, and everyday users who refused to let decentralization become something only institutions could understand.

From those fragments, GUARD was forged.

Not by kings.
Not by corporations.
Not by decree.
By community.

The forge was fed with METAL itself, while the current of the XPR Network flowed through the armor that would become his body. The result was not merely a warrior — but a protector built for a new frontier.

His armor was forged from scorched METAL alloy, darkened by countless battles against exploitation and deception. Through his veins runs the pulse of the XPR Network — fast, efficient, and always moving.

But his greatest weapon was never his armor.

It was identity.

Upon his arm rests the Guardian Shield — forged from cosmic METAL, it is not a shield of conquest, but of ownership. A reminder that users should control their own access, assets, and identity.

In his grasp is the Proton Key.

No two keys are alike.

Every person who creates a WebAuth wallet forges their own key — unique to them alone. GUARD does not carry one key to rule them all. He carries the symbol of what each individual possesses: access to their own identity, ownership of their own assets, and responsibility for protecting both.

GUARD does not stand watch over wallets.
He stands watch over people.

He watches the gates where newcomers arrive. He walks beside those learning self-custody for the first time. He warns travelers of scammers, phishing attacks, impersonators, fake links, false promises, and those who prey on confusion.

His enemies are not armies.

His enemies are deception, exploitation, centralized dependency, and the belief that ownership should belong to someone else.

Though singular in form, GUARD was never meant to stand alone.

Those who educate.
Those who build.
Those who protect newcomers.
Those who help others learn WebAuth.
Those who support builders and communities.
Those who create.

They stand GUARD beside him.

Every WebAuth wallet becomes a shield.
Every user carries their own key.
Every builder strengthens the walls.

As the Metallicus ecosystem expands — through WebAuth, XPR Network, Metal X, community projects, builders, creators, and the countless people entering for the first time — GUARD remains where he has always stood:

At the gateway.
Watching.
Teaching.
Protecting.
Waiting for the next person to arrive.

Stand GUARD.
